When we started Cleaneo, our goal was simple — to make laundry services more efficient, transparent, and accessible.
Over the past few years, we’ve built the company into one of the most trusted platforms for laundry aggregation- empowering local laundry vendors, optimising operations, and serving thousands of customers. In the last few quarters, our expertise evolved beyond aggregation- and we found ourselves working closely with the hospitality sector. As we grew, something new started taking shape.
We began handling hotel laundries- first by collaborating with large-scale vendor factories operating in 3000+ sq. ft. setups with 150 kg+ industrial machines running round the clock. What began as vendor outsourcing for hotels soon grew into a full-fledged vertical.
We started managing in-house laundries; setting them up from scratch (Capex model) or taking over existing hotel laundries with complete operations, manpower, and chemical management (Opex model).
From 3-star to 5-star properties, ranging from 70+ rooms to over 220-room hotels, our work started speaking for itself.
Since April this year, we’ve proudly onboarded some of the most respected names in the industry, including:
• Radisson Individuals
• Series by Marriott
• Grand Mercure
• Fern Residency
• Pride Hospitality
and now, we’re thrilled to be launching,
• Gateway, a brand owned by Taj (IHCL).
While our roots remain in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, our footprint has expanded to Vapi and Udaipur, with operations launching in three more cities Pan-India next month. As per our ongoing negotiations with both internal stakeholders and hotel groups, our plan is to expand to 15 cities by March 2026- building a truly Pan-India network for professional hotel laundry management.
To give this vertical the focus it deserves, I’m excited to announce the launch of Cleaneo Select- a specialised brand under Cleaneo, dedicated to hotel and institutional laundry management.
But beyond growth in numbers, our vision for Cleaneo Select is to:
• Bring standardisation and technology to an industry that has long operated in silos.
• Enable hotels to reduce operational costs, save water and energy, and improve linen life through our proprietary HLP model.
• Build a network of efficient, sustainable, and high-performance laundry facilities that redefine how the hospitality industry manages its back-end operations.
This is more than a business expansion- it’s a mission to bring transformation and trust to an industry ready for change.
