  • You may cancel your order within a specified time of 6 hours frame after placing it. Please refer to the order confirmation email or contact our customer support team for details.

2. Return Policy:

  • We accept returns for eligible products within a specified return window, typically within 24 hours of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 3 days.
  • Please note that shipping fees, handling fees, and other charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Compensation Policy

At Cleaneo, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional laundry services and a delightful experience. We take immense pride in our rigorous onboarding process for vendor partners, ensuring that only the most reliable and reputable service providers become part of the Cleaneo family. Our careful assessment includes evaluating their past data, market reputation, customer feedback, and Google ratings, along with thorough inspections and understanding their working processes.

However, despite our stringent quality control measures, we understand that unforeseen issues may occasionally arise. In such rare instances, we are dedicated to promptly resolving any concerns and compensating our valued customers.

Our Customer Compensation Process:

  1. Investigation: When a customer reports an issue, we immediately initiate a comprehensive investigation to understand the situation fully.

  2. Verification: We engage with both the customer and the vendor partner to verify the authenticity of the issue.

Compensation Options: Upon confirmation, we offer two options for compensation:

a. Cleaneo Points: For genuine issues, we provide Cleaneo Points to the customer's digital wallet. These points can be utilized for future laundry services, offering convenience and added value.

b. Monetary Compensation: Alternatively, we offer monetary compensation based on the customer's bill. After verification, we compensate up to the maximum value of 5 times the laundry cart value of the specific order or Rs. 1000 in cash, whichever is lower.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to continuously improve our services and maintain transparency in our policies. At Cleaneo, we believe in nurturing a strong and trusting relationship with our customers, ensuring that their needs are always at the forefront of our operations.
